Scope
This refund policy applies to all purchases made on theyarnnest.com, operated by The Yarn Nest. All products are digital (PDF crochet and knitting patterns).
Digital Products
Digital products (PDF patterns) are delivered instantly via email. In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. That said, we back every purchase with a 14-day guarantee. If a pattern contains an error, we commit to: - Providing a corrected pattern as quickly as possible - Or issuing a full refund if no solution is found The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Digital-Only Store
The Yarn Nest sells digital PDF patterns only — there are no physical products to ship or return. If your download link doesn't arrive or a PDF won't open, just email support@theyarnnest.com with your order number and we'll resend a working file right away. Our 14-day guarantee covers you if a pattern contains an error we can't fix.
Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Contact us at support@theyarnnest.com with your order number 2. Describe the error or issue with the pattern 3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases: - The PDF pattern has been resold, shared or redistributed in breach of the license - The request is made after the 14-day guarantee window - A change of mind once the pattern has been downloaded - A claim that a pattern is "not what you expected" when it matches the listing and previews (differences in yarn, gauge or technique are not pattern errors)
Refund Timeline
Once the request is approved: - Card & wallet refunds: within 3 to 5 business days - SEPA & crypto refunds: within 5 to 7 business days Refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or wallet provider.
